Fresh Fork week #3

Week 3 consisted of a bunch of stuff that most people are very familiar with and lots of repeats. 

1 lb grassfed ground beef

1 qt organic strawberries

Approx 1.5 lbs slicing tomatoes

1 head leaf lettuce

1 bag (16 oz) corn chips

1 bunch onions

1 bunch cilantro

1-2 zucchini

1 bunch field grown spinach

1 half gallon milk

 

We’ve discussed the milk.  We made hamburgers with the beef for my hubby who had some sauce from his favorite greasy hamburger joint.  We’ve been eating the strawberries plain or with yogurt and oatmeal.  I think a taco salad is on the menu soon though and some s’more brownies.
